Policies

Due to the nature of our business, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of all services is due upon booking. An invoice will be sent with the remaining balance and is due on the day of your scheduled appointment.

  • Failure to cancel a scheduled appointment in less than 24 hours, will incur a 100% charge of the total cost of service(s).

  • We understand that unexpected events can and do occur in one's schedule such as sudden illness and emergencies. However, these occurrences are out of our control. Therefore last-minute cancellations are not exempt from the cancellation policy.

  • Appointments may be scheduled by contacting us via email with your preferred dates and times. You may also book without assistance from us through www.nurtureandglo.com. All services and availability will be visible.

  • We are very flexible due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please notify us if there are any changes in your schedule, if you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, or have been in contact with a COVID-19 positive individual.

  • All packages must be paid in full. Previous services can not be combined with package offers.

This policy applies to all services provided by Nurture and Glo LLC.
